Kansas woman accused of transporting methamphetamine

JACKSON COUNTY, Kan.—Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on drug allegaions.

Just after noon April 30, a sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Nissan Rogue on U.S. 75 near 222nd Road  for an alleged traffic infraction, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

Margaret Ann Thomas, 46, of Havensville, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without insurance.
