RENO COUNTY—&nbsp;Officers of the Hutchinson Police Department conducted an undercover operation into the solicitation of a child for sex on Wednesday and made an arrest.At 9:34 a.m.,&nbsp; members of the Hutchinson Police Department Special Operations and Investigations Bureau completed an investigation into a Juvenile Sex Offense, according to a media release.Police arrested David A. Johnson, 33, Hutchinson, for indecent solicitation of a child, sexual exploitation of a child, and electronic solicitation.After lengthy conversations between Johnson and officers, who Johnson believed to be a juvenile, Johnson went to a local residence to meet up with the juvenile to engage in sexual activity, but instead Johnson met up with officers who arrested him.
