
KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement are investigating another homicide in Kansas City after a report from th Medical Examiner.
On May 11, police were dispatched to a shooting in 2000 block of E 38th Street in Kansas City, Missouri, according to KCPD Captain Jake Becchina.

Officers located victim, later identified as 28-year-old Terrion Wedlow in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle. He was unresponsive and appeared to have a gunshot injury.
EMS responded to the scene and pronounced Wedlow deceased.
Because of the circumstances, detectives responded to the scene and began a death investigation. Crime Scene investigators processed the scene for evidence.
Medical Examiner's responded as well for their evaluation of the case. On Wednesday, detectives worked with medical examiners for the medical examination and determination of cause and manner of death.
After examination the medical examiner's have concluded the manner of death is preliminarily a homicide, according to Becchina.
Detectives have begun a homicide investigation. Detectives continued processing the scene for evidence and canvassing for witnesses and they also are making headway identifying subject(s) of interest.
