
BROWN COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects on drug allegations.
Just aft 10:00 p.m. April 17, Sheriff's Deputies initiated a welfare check of a child at a residence in Morrill, Kansas, according to Brown County Sheriff John Merchant.

Upon conclusion of the investigation, deputies arrested 31-year-old Samantha Losson and 34-year-old Todd Cain 34both of Morrill on requested charges of Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Felony Obstruction and Aggravated Child Endangerment.
Cain was additionally charged with Posssession of Marijuana. DCF assisted in the case, according to Merchant.
