Charles (Chuck) Robert Patterson, 79 of Dwight, Kansas, passed away April 16, 2021 at his residence. He was born March 25, 1942 in Amoret, Missouri, the son of Claude and Phyllis (Mitchell) Patterson. He married JoAnn Norris on February 23, 1962.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife JoAnn; brothers: James Patterson and Jerry Patterson.
Charles is survived by his three daughters: Pamela Patterson of Dwight, Kimberly Hicks and husband Marshall, of North Carolina, and Lisa McCoy of Abilene; grandchildren: Anthony Patterson, Suzanne and Curtis Hicks, Timothy Moyer, Brandon Moyer, Alexis McCoy; sisters: Mary Martin and Judy Stewart; and his dog Chico…..his lifelong sidekick.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, May 13th at Sawyer Funeral Home, 137 N Union, Council Grove, KS 66846. A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 14th at St. Columbine Catholic Cemetery, in Edgerton, KS.
