Junction City will open the 2021 football season in September by hosting the Topeka High Trojans. Junction City will play at Manhattan week two and at Seaman week three.
The rest of the schedule includes home games with Washburn Rural, Topeka West and Highland Park . There are road games at Topeka High and Emporia. Topeka High is on the Blue Jay schedule twice next season.
In the 2022 and 2023 seasons some new teams on the schedule include McPherson, Hays, Dodge City and Bishop Carroll. Junction City and McPherson have not played since 1977.
