GRAHAM COUNTY —One person died in an accident just after 10:30p.m. Saturday in Graham County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Ford Escape driven by Cody Harmon, 33, Phillipsburg, was westbound on J Road just east of 390th Avenue. The driver lost control of the SUV. The vehicle traveled into the south ditch, continued westbound in the ditch and struck a tree.
Harmon was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Stinemetz Funeral Home. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
