JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating two suspects on drug allegations.
Just after 11a.m. on December 7, a Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2009 Hyundai Sonata that was heading southbound on U.S. Highway 75 near 126th Road, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
The driver of the vehicle, D’Angelo Martez Crosby, 44, of Sabetha, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The passenger, Debbie Diane Shefferd, 68, of Sabetha, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
