RILEY COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 6:30p.m. Friday in Riley County.
A 2014 Dodge Dart driven by Leslie Ater, 23, of Fort Riley was westbound in the 3600 Block of Kansas 18 when she lost control of her vehicle, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
The car entered the median and struck an embankment. EMS transported Ater to Manhattan's Ascension Via Christi for treatment of her injuries.
