RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement investigating a November shooting in Manhattan have made three arrests.
According to the Riley County Police Department daily booking report, 17-year-old Dontaivious Temple; 39-year-old Katrece Johnson both of Manhattan and 21-year-old Dontreveon McGlory of Topeka were booked into jail on April 9 in connection with a shooting in the 2000 block of College Heights Road.
Johnson is being held on $1 million dollar bond on requested charges of attempted murder in the first-degree; criminal damage to property; unlawful discharge of a firearm in city limits; contributing to a child’s misconduct and aggravated endangering a child
Temple is being held at the North Central Kansas Regional Juvenile Detention Center on requested charges of attempted murder in the 1st degree; criminal damage to property; unlawful discharge of a firearm in city limits and criminal discharge of firearm, according to the arrest report.
McGlory is still in custody on a $1 million dollar bond on requested charges that include of attempted murder in the 1st degree; criminal damage to property; unlawful discharge of a firearm in city limits, criminal discharge of firearm and contributing to a child’s misconduct, according to the arrest report.
On April 3, police arrested Victor Fuentes Jr, 20, of California was arrested for his Riley County warrant for two counts of attempted murder in the 1st degree, Aggravated Robbery, aggravated endangering a child, contributing to child misconduct, three counts of criminal damage to property, and criminal discharge of a firearm in connection with the crime. He remains jailed on a $750,000.00 bond.
Also on April 3, Delron Tyree, 17, of Topeka, was arrested for his Riley County warrant for 2 counts of attempted murder in the 1st degree, three counts of criminal damage to property, criminal use of a weapon, and criminal discharge of a firearm in connection with the crime. Tyree is being held without bond.
