Geary County Commissioners were in session on Tuesday.
--Chairman Keith Ascher reported that the recent Shop with a Cop golf tournament raised approximately $13,000. That was up from approximately $8,000 one year ago. The annual program supports needy children during the Christmas holiday shopping season.
--A delinquent property tax sale is scheduled Nov. 8 at 10 a.m. at the Geary County 4-H / Senior Center.
