MANHATTAN, KAN. – An Ogden man was arrested Tuesday, June 2 on multiple drug, sex, and trafficking charges following an investigation.Riley County police said that Luke Maurice Johnson Sr., 63, was arrested at approximately 3:42 p.m. on June 2 in the 300 block of Twelfth Street in Ogden for three counts of aggravated human trafficking, one count of distributing material containing fentanyl does 50-250 units; within 1000 feet of a school, one count of distributing opiate/narcotic/certain stimulant/heroin within 1000 feet of a school, two counts of rape; sexual intercourse with a mentality deficient victim or victim incapable of consent due to effects of alcohol/narcotics/drugs/or other substances, one count of domestic battery, and one count of sexual battery.
Victims include a 29-year-old woman, a 28-year-old woman, and a 23-year-old woman. This arrest stems from reports originally filed in 2023 and 2026. Johnson Sr. was issued a total bond of $2 million and remains confined in the Riley County Jail.
