There will be a public retirement reception for Junction City Manager Allen Dinkel on Wednesday, July 17 from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building Gym, 700 North Jefferson.
Dinkel is completing 35 years of service in city management. He plans to step down in mid July.
