RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating two suspects for alleged crimes involving a teen.
Just after 10a.m. Monday, Officers filed a report for aggravated indecent liberties with a child and contributing to child's misconduct in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report. A 15-year-old girl was listed as the victim and a 21-year-old man and 21-year-old woman known to the victim were listed as suspects.
Just after 1p.m. on Monday police arrested 21-year-old Benjamin Leo of Manhattan on requested charges of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and contributing to child misconduct. Police also arrested 21-year-old Nora Yasir of Junction City on a requested charge of contributing to child's misconduct.
Leo met the requirement of a $25,000 bond and is no longer in custody.
Yasir remains jailed on a $5,000 bond, according to the RCPD.
