There will be a contested immunity motion hearing for Junction City Commissioner Al Gordon in Geary County District Court. He faces one misdemeanor count of Domestic Battery.
JC Post has confirmed through officials that the hearing is set for April 11 at 9 a.m.
Gordon maintained his innocena ce in the case during a recent city commission meeting. "I know people have been looking for a statement for events that's gone on my behalf. I want to say that I maintain my innocence and look forward to presenting my case in court."
