The 30th annual Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade attracted 56 entries Friday night
"Elves on the Loose: Santa's Secret Helpers," served as the theme for the parade.

---County Commission Award $150 - Geary County Sheriff's Community Involvement Team - Award sponsor Geary County CVB
---Founders award $150 - Geary County Rural Fire Department - Award sponsor DEL Motors
---Youth Award - $150 - Next Step Dance Studio - Award sponsor Junction City YMCA
The Tree Lighting Ceremony in Heritage Park followed the parade. Then Santa and Mrs. Claus met with children in the park.
