JC Breakfast Optimist Club Presented Sophia Peacock With H.O.B.Y. Leadership Academy Scholarship.

Sophia will attend the Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership Academy at Kansas State University June 1-4.&nbsp; The conference is designed for high school sophomores to recognize their leadership talents in becoming even more effective ethical leaders in their homes, schools, and communities. Sophia is the daughter of LTC Rich and Brittany Peacock.&nbsp;
