RILEY COUNTY --Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations after a weekend incident in Riley County.
Just before 3:30p.m. Sunday, a 22-year-old suspect drove his vehicle at officers and then struck a gate that hit the two officers, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
Ashton Troughton, 22, of Ogden, was arrested at approximately 4:20 p.m. in the 20000 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd and remains jailed on a $50,000 bond on requested charges that include two counts of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer and two counts of attempted aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer.
