JUNCTION CITY, KS — The Junction City Arts Council (JCAC) invites the community to a special Artist Reception for Travis Marak on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 5–7 p.m. in the Markley Lobby of the Munson Arts Education Building, 131 W. 7th St. in Junction City.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet the artist, explore the exhibit, and enjoy an evening of art and community connection. The reception takes place during Junction City’s Hometown Christmas and Cookie Carnival.
This reception celebrates Marak’s current exhibition, which features his bold, emotionally driven abstract work displayed in both the Rago Gallery and the Markley Lobby. Marak’s art is known for its vibrant color, layered textures, and intuitive, music-inspired approach.
