RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating alleged identify theft in Manhattan.
Just after 2p.m. Monday, officers filed a report for theft in the 1800 block of College Avenue, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
An 80-year-old woman reported two known suspects gained access to her debit cards and used them without her permission. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,000.
