Debra "Debbie" L. Hogan, 57, of Junction City, Kansas passed away on Monday, September 23, 2024 at her home in Junction City surrounded by her loving family. Cremation will take place. A memorial service is pending at First Baptist Church with Pastor Doug Brown officiating.
Debbie was born April 24, 1967, in Junction City, Kansas the daughter of Joyce Gappa. Debbie spent many years living in Amarillo, Texas. In Amarillo, she worked at a waitress for Cattleman's Restaurant. She also worked as a Certified Nurses Aide. Debbie also was the head of maintenance and housekeeping for a long term care facility in St. Joe, Texas where she lived before she moved back to Junction City, Kansas.
On July 17, 1985, she married John Hogan in Amarillo, Texas. Debra is survived by her husband John; two daughters, Amber Hogan of Maricopa, Arizona and Ashley Hogan of Junction City, Kansas; four sisters, Caren Tumlin, Linda Walker, Bonnie Moore and Pamela Clayton; six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother; one brother, Mitchell Johnson; one sister, Joyce Harley; one daughter, Amanda Hogan.
