WABAUNSEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
Early Monday, the Wabaunsee County Sheriff's office in partnership with the Dickinson and Marshall County Kansas Sheriff's Offices successfully intercepted five kilos, 11.023 pounds of cocaine on Interstate 70 just east of Tallgrass Road, according to a social media report from the sheriff's office.
Deputies took one suspect was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held in the Wabaunsee County Jail pending bond.
