RILEY COUNTY—Randall Clarke Reitz, 58 of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 6:24 p.m. on Aug. 28 for assault, mistreatment of dependent adult/elder person and criminal threat in Manhattan, according to the RIley County Police Department report.
This arrest stems from a report originally filed in June 2026. Reitz was issued a total bond of $20,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
