There will be a Junction City Commission candidate forum Monday evening at the Geary County 4-H / Senior Center on Monday, Oct. 30 from 6 - 7:30 p.m.
According to information provided by Christy Upham, this will be a community-based candidate forum. It will be a question and answer format between the audience and candidates. This forum will provide specific information on where the candidates stand on :A) The interchange B) Proposed solutions to the current city debt C) The slaughterhouse D) Changes they would like to see in Junction City and how to implement them E) How the public will be included in an upcoming plan for the city F) Priorities for city improvements/development G) Their individual vision for the future of Junction City.
