The third annual Hometown Christmas will be a weekend holiday highlight in downtown Junction City. It will run from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Main Street Director Jordan McCann said there will be food and beverages along with live music and dance performances at the Municipal Building, across the street in the city parking lot horse and carriage rides will begin, a Cowboy Christmas market along with a fire pit and S'mores.
There will be photos with Santa Claus and live music at the Bartell House.
Also from 4-8 p.m. will be the annual Wine and Wassail Walk. The cost will be $32 per ticket. You can register online at junctioncitymainstreet.org. There will be wine and an Hors d'Oeuvre at more than 20 stops. You can check out new businesses and shop local for Christmas gifts.
