Geary County Commissioners have tabled action until next Monday on a request for a conditional use permit for Flint Hills Rural Electric Cooperative. The county GIS / Planning and Zoning office confirmed that the company would a second substation for Grandview Plaza. They would add a one kilowatt small solar farm to power the substation and keep costs under control.
