Lawrence Long was a member of the JC Breakfast Optimist Club for almost 60 years before his passing.&nbsp; A scholarship has been established for a Junction City High School graduate who will attend a vocational school.&nbsp; 

Nicole Green, daughter of Steve and Lyn Green, will attend the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School in Overland Park, Kansas.&nbsp;&nbsp;
