Garrett Francis is the new head coach of the Junction City Brigade baseball team. Speaking to a group of Brigade officials and supporters Thursday night, Francis said it was an amazing career opportunity to further himself, "push myself to be where I want to be, which is a head coach one day of a college baseball team."

Francis is no stranger to the Brigade. He played for Junction City and spent the past two seasons as an assistant coach.
