In observance of Memorial Day, the Geary County Public Works Department, Geary County HHW/Recycling, Geary County Landfill, and the Geary County Transfer Station will all be closed on Monday, May 26.
They will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 27th..
On Tuesday, May 27th, County Public Works crews will switch to summer hours, 7AM – 3:30PM. Crews will resume normal hours on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, 8AM – 4:30PM
