Tonight is the Winter Homecoming game at Junction City High School, as the Blue Jays host their rival, the Manhattan Indians.
The candidates for Winter Homecoming are listed below.
Senior girls candidates are Katelyn Atkins, Lauren Heller, Ava Oentrich, Lorna Rae Pierce, and Mia Sanchez.
Senior boy's candidates are Griffin Bohanan, Sylvester Jackson, Leon Leadebrand, Beau Peterson, and Creytin Sanner.
Coronation will take place between the varsity girls and boys' games tonight. The girls game starts at 6:00 p.m.
Following the coronation and basketball games, a homecoming dance will be in the Aux gym. The dance is for Junction City High School students only.
The Winter Homecoming is facilitated by sponsors Ellie Dillon and Dana Wiegand along with a senior class committee.
