On Wednesday, November 23rd, Brig. Gen. Niave Knell, deputy commanding general of the 1st Inf. Div. and U.S. Senator Jerry Moran helped serve a Thanksgiving holiday meal to Soldiers at the Cantigny Warrior Restaurant on Fort Riley.
The Thanksgiving meal was open to all Soldiers and civilians and included nine protein options including: roasted and smoked turkey, steamship round, and glazed ham.
