Michael “Mike-Mike” Smith, of Junction City and Manhattan Kansas passed away unexpectedly on September 2nd, 2024 at the age of 50. Born on November 3rd, 1973 to Brenda Smith in Junction City, KS, Michael was known for being quiet and strong willed. He attended Junction City High School and enjoyed listening to music, and break dancing. Michael is survived by his children Preston Goodman of Texas, and Xiomaria Young of Florida; two brothers Anthony Smith and Raschon Smith; and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Smith; grandfather Silas Smith; and grandmother Willie Mae Smith.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday October 5th at the Junction City VFW Post 8773, 1215 S Washington St, Junction City, KS from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Michael will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
