Lyndle L. "Rob" Slattery, 68, of Manhattan, passed away Saturday, September 18th, at the Good Shepherd Hospice House. Lyndle was born in Pike County, Illinois on June 4, 1953, a son of Inez (Agostini) Slattery and the late Joseph Slattery. He served in the United States Army. Survivors include his mother, Inez Slattery, of Fountain Inn, South Carolina; son, Christopher Stephen Slattery, of Manhattan; two step-daughters, Patricia Marie Meir (Jeff), of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; Deborah Lynn Estrada (Rich), of Manhattan; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and ex-wife, Betty Galutia of Manhattan. He is preceded in death by his father, and brother, David Slattery. Burial will take place at 11:00 am, Monday, October 4th, at Kansas Veteran's&nbsp;Cemetery, Manhattan, Kansas.
