Jerome Tang is the new men's head basketball coach at Kansas State University. The hiring of the former longtime Baylor assistant coach was announced by KSU on Monday.
Geary County Catbacker Club President Keith Ascher has heard that Tang is a good coach. "Been a long time at Baylor, very good at recruiting, knows his basketball so I think it's a good start. " Ascher followed the coaching search. "Everything, all indications, sounded like that was going to be a really positive move."
Tang will be formally introduced to the public Thursday during a news conference in the Shamrock Zone on the north concourse of Bramlage Coliseum.
