The JC Breakfast Optimist Club has donated $200.00 to the JC Community Band's Jack Moore Scholarship Fund for a Band member to attend a band camp this summer.&nbsp; 

Vic Wong, one of the current directors of the Community Band, shared with the Optimists that the late Jack Moore was a former band&nbsp;director in Geary County Schools and the JC Community Band.

JC Community Band Concerts will be held each Sunday beginning at 3:00 PM in the air conditioned C.L. Hoover Opera House.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;
