RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement have captured an aggravated assault suspect who skipped court.

Just after 6:30p.m. Monday, police arrested 25-year-old Jordan Prather,&nbsp; of Junction City in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.

  Prather was arrested on a Riley County District court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge in this matter was for aggravated assault.

Prather remains jailed on a bond of $5,000.&nbsp;
