Junction City Manager Allen Dinkel will be the guest speaker at the Geary County Landlords Association meeting June 14 at the JC BBQ & Grill, 812 East Chestnut. The meting will run from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The President of the Landlords Association, Gary Olds, said Dinkel will present information on city government operations such as sources of revenue, expenses, personnel, condemnations and updates on city projects. Potential property taxes for 2023 will also be discussed since 2022 valuations have increased.
All landlords and property managers are invited to attend the meeting.
