Registration is now open for the Geary County Historical Society’s Time Travel Camp. Time Travel Camp is geared towards children ages 9-13 and will run from May 30th-June 2nd, 9am-12pm.
This year, campers will travel back to the 1800s to hone their pioneer skills including, candle making, bread baking, and compass reading as they prepare to make the journey to Kansas on their final day of camp.
Cost for the camp is $45 per child or $35 per child for GCHS members. Registration is limited to 20 children. Registration forms can be found on the Geary County Historical Society’s website or at the museum. Payment due with registration. Questions about Time Travel Camp can be directed to Lisa Highsmith at the museum.
