Una L. Allen was born to Keith and Edna Kehr in Newton, Kansas on April 2, 1928. She and her family moved to Preston, Kansas, where she graduated from Preston High School in 1945. She married Richard Allen on December 24, 1945. Richard was farmer/stockman, and Una was a homemaker at their farm near Preston, Kansas. The two were married for 64 years, until Richard’s death in 2010. Una moved to Meadowlark Retirement Community in 2015. She died on January 1, 2021. Una is survived by a son, Earl Allen (and wife Marcia), of Manhattan, Kansas, and a daughter, Sue Adkins, of Wichita, Kansas. She is also survived by two grandsons: Bryan Allen (and wife Cori), of Kansas City, Missouri, and Sean Allen of Glendive, Montana. Cremation took place, with a private graveside service to take place later at Greenlawn Cemetery in Pratt, Kansas. The Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home, 1616 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas 66502, is assisting the family with the funeral arrangements.&nbsp;&nbsp;
