CLAY CENTER - Happy Hippie Studios plans to open a second location on April 1st at 1205 Moro Street, where Public House was previously located.
In 2021, Erin Hammel opened the original Happy Hippie in Clay Center.
The Happy Hippie Health Bar will have smoothies, sandwiches, soups, and other healthy food options.
“I’m really excited to expand to Manhattan,” Erin said. “This is a great opportunity for us and the perfect location. I think it’s a new population of people we can introduce our smoothies to and help people realize that healthy food can taste great too.”
