The JC4Ever All Class Reunion will be on July 20th and 21st this year in Junction City. The all-class reunion will feature a benefit basketball hoop fest tournament, a youth basketball clinic with WNBA legend Tamecka Dixon, and live musical performances.
The basketball clinic with Tamecka Dixon will be Saturday, July 20th, starting at 9:00 a.m. at the 12th Street Recreation Center. The cost is $20 per kid, with boys and girls able to participate in the camp. To attend, participants must be at least 7-17 years old. Food and drinks will be provided for the youth.
The JC4Ever Benefit Basketball Hoop Fest will occur at Hammond Park in Junction City. It is a five-on-five basketball tournament. Registration for the basketball tournament is open until July 16th, and for more information on the Hoop Fest, contact Pearl Laster at (240) 640-6167.
Following the Hoop Fest, there will be musical performances at the VFW at 1215 Washington St. in Junction City. Performance times are from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with performances from Bishop Wall and Aaron Justin (featured on NBC TV’s The Voice), and another performance from Tone Butta. The cost to attend the performances is $5.
