In Topeka, at the Hayden invitational, the Junction City Blue Jay boys Boys Swim team placed fifth out of nine teams, scoring 233 pts on the night.
Adrian Duarte had a big meet. He won the 200 yard freestyle while dropping 5 seconds off his time from last week, and dropped 10 seconds off his 500 yard freestyle later in the evening. Creytin Sanner won the 100 yard breaststroke.
The team had 25 PR’s (Personal bests) on the night as a team. The boys will be in action again, for the last time this calendar year on Saturday at Wichita Southeast High School.
