RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating alleged theft in Manhattan.
Just before 6p.m. Saturday, officers filed a report of theft in the 500 block of Richards Drive in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
Shop Quick reported an unknown masked man came into the business and stole $1,100 worth of lottery tickets.
