USD 475 has released a series of announcements about new principals in the school district.
Kathleen Brennan has been named the principal of Fort Riley Middle School, where she has served as the assistant principal the past three years.
Kathy Friesen will serve as the principal of Seitz Elementary School. She was previously a certified reading tutor at Franklin Elementary.
Melisa Burgess will be the new principal of Morris Hill Elementary School. She was an assistant principal at Fort Riley Elementary for the last six years.
Nicole Perez has been named the new principal of the H.D. Karns Innovations Academy. She is moving to USD 475 from Arkansas City where she served as assistant principal of the high school for three years.
