Change of Command for the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Cavalry Parade Field, Fort Riley. In the event of inclement weather it will be moved indoors to King Field House.
Col. Bryan M. Harris, incoming commander will succeed the outgoing commander, Col. Thomas Brandon Smith. Harris most recently served with U.S. Army Human Resources Command. Smith's next assignment will at the Chief of Staff, 1st Infantry Division.
