Breakfast Optimists recognize Saint Xavier's Student of the Quarter

JC Breakfast Optimists Club

Rebecca Peterson, daughter of Scott and Beth Peterson, was recognized as the JC Breakfast Optimist Club’s St. Xavier’s Catholic Schools Student of the Quarter on October 25.  She is a senior and is active in many activities and sports at St. Xavier’s Catholic School. Rebecca is also the Treasurer of the JC Breakfast Optimist Club’s Junior Optimist Club.

Her Principal, Shawn Augustine, stated that Rebecca is a go-getter who many students look up to as a role model.”  After high school graduation, Rebecca plans to graduate from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas with a major in business management and writing and then open her own bookstore.
