RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon on new allegations.
Just after 5p.m. Sunday, police arrested 37-year-old Amy Roth of Manhattan in the 400 block of Leavenworth Street in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
Roth was arrested on probable cause offenses of burglary and criminal trespass. Roth was issued a total bond of $12,000 and is no longer in custody
She has previous convictions for theft, forgery, burglary and criminal possession of a weapon, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
