RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas felon on new allegations.
Just after 9p.m. Thursday, police arrested 29-year-old Sherman Sherin II of Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
Sherin is being held on a $20,000 bond on requested charges of Stalking and two counts of Violation of Protection Order. He was discharged from the Kansas Department of Corrections in May of 2024, according to online records.
