Numerous topics were touched upon during the recent meeting of the Military Affairs Council in Junction City.
-Approximately 2,700 Fort Soldiers are deployed and 12,000 are on post. The nect deployment will involve the 2nd Brigade.
--Apple Pie Sales on Post begin Sept. 1.
--Fifty-one people attended a recent Community Coffee featuring remarks by Major General Monte Rone.
--The next MAC Breakfast will be Aug. 27.
--Scott Stuckey is the vice chair for the MAC board.
