RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged altercation that included a gun.
Just before 10p.m. Tuesday, officers filed a report for aggravated assault, battery, and disorderly conduct in the 1400 block of Chase Pl. in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
A 22-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman were listed as both the victims and suspects when it was reported the man threw the woman in a pool and the woman punched him after getting out of the pool.
It was also reported after this altercation, a separate 22-year-old man pulled out a handgun and threatened the woman with it.
Police reported no additional details and have not reported an arrest.
